General and Specific Terms of Contracting LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

OBJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n

These general and specific terms regulate the hiring of the lockers owned by the entity LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO through the website lockerstationtoledo.com as well as through the touchscreen located in the commercial premises at [Toledo], Paseo de la Rosa n\u00ba 88. They also govern the use of the lockers. Additionally, these terms regulate the contractual relationship between LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO (owner of the LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO lockers) and the User who hires the locker service from LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO.<\/p>\n

The parties will be referred to interchangeably as LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO and User or Client.<\/p>\n

THE SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO offers its Users the possibility to rent any of its lockers for periods of natural days (within the hours offered by LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO).<\/p>\n

What types of lockers does LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO offers two types of lockers:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Medium lockers (M), measuring 580mm x 436mm x 293mm. These lockers can hold approximately 1 cabin suitcase and a small backpack.<\/li>\n
  • Large lockers (L), measuring 580mm x 436mm x 560mm. These lockers can hold approximately 2 cabin suitcases and a medium backpack.<\/li>\n
  • Extra-large lockers (XL), measuring 580mm x 436mm x 856mm. These lockers can hold approximately 4 cabin suitcases or one very large suitcase or one large suitcase and one cabin suitcase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What can a User put inside their locker?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Within the limits established in this document (see, Section Limits on the Use of Lockers), a User can place any items they wish inside the rented locker or lockers.<\/p>\n

    How can a User know if there are available lockers at LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This information can be accessed by visiting the website lockerstationtoledo.com and initiating a reservation.<\/p>\n

    For how long can the same locker be rented?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The User can hire the locker rental service for a period ranging from a minimum of one day to as many natural days as needed.<\/p>\n

    When can the User access the locker or lockers they have rented?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The rental service for each locker will be accessible during the hours indicated in the commercial premises, every day of the week, 365 days a year, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Outside the indicated hours, access to the lockers will not be possible, as the premises will be closed for security and maintenance reasons.<\/p>\n

    Once the User has placed their items in the locker, can they only access the locker again to retrieve them?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    No. Once the User has placed their items in the locker, they can access the locker as many times as they wish, provided they leave it always closed and empty at the end of the rental period.<\/p>\n

    What is the price that the User must pay per locker type\/day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The applicable prices for each product are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase. The final prices displayed on the website and on the touchscreen include VAT and refer to the rental of a locker (according to its size) per natural day (from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm).<\/p>\n

    Offers will be clearly marked and identified as such, appropriately indicating the previous price and the offer price.<\/p>\n

    LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO reserves the right to make changes to the website and in the commercial premises at any time and without prior notice, being able to update products and services daily based on the market.<\/p>\n

    Payment Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Purchases can be paid for by any of the means indicated on the website at the time of reservation or on the touchscreen located in the commercial premises, specifically via credit or debit card.<\/p>\n

    How are lockers reserved and used?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The lockers offered through LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO are fully automated.<\/p>\n

    Reservations for lockers can be made through the website lockerstationtoledo.com.<\/p>\n

    The User must access the website lockerstationtoledo.com and go to the reservations section. In that section, they must select the number of lockers, size, and rental period. Additionally, they will need to provide their first name, last name, mobile phone number, and email address.<\/p>\n

    Once these Terms are accepted and payment is completed via card, the User will receive confirmation of the reservation made via email and\/or SMS to their mobile phone, including the locker number(s) reserved and the security code to access both the premises and their locker(s).<\/p>\n

    On the day of the reservation, at the entrance of the commercial premises, the User must enter the code sent via email and\/or SMS into the touchscreen keyboard located next to the main entrance. If the code is correct, the main door will open, allowing the User to access the commercial premises.<\/p>\n

    Once inside the commercial premises, the User should go to the touchscreen located at one of the lockers and re-enter the reservation code. If the code is correct, the contracted locker will open automatically.<\/p>\n

    Thus, the User will only be able to access their locker through the security code provided via email and\/or the SMS sent to the phone given at the time of reservation. For this reason, LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO is not responsible if the User incorrectly provides this information when making the reservation and does not receive the security code for reasons attributable to the User.<\/p>\n

    Once the reservation number entered on the touchscreen is confirmed, the assigned locker will be automatically opened, allowing the User to deposit their suitcases or other permitted items, and it must be closed each time it is opened, even when they finally remove their belongings.<\/p>\n

    What should the User do when they want to end the reservation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When the User wishes to open the locker for any reason, the touchscreen in the commercial premises will ask whether they want to open it and continue the reservation (for example, if they have forgotten to remove or place an item) or if they wish to open it to empty it and end the reservation.<\/p>\n

    If the User wants to end the reservation, they must select the option to open the locker to empty it and finalize the reservation, and once they have emptied the locker, they must leave it closed so that another User can reserve it.<\/p>\n

    In the event that the User selects the option to open the locker to empty it and finalize the reservation, the system will automatically unlock the locker so that it can be reserved by other Users.<\/p>\n

    If the User leaves any items or objects inside the LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO locker, LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO will not be responsible for what the new User of the locker does with the items left by the previous User inside the locker.<\/p>\n

    What can the User do if they have any issues using the locker?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In the case of a breakdown, blockage, or any other type of technical issue with the use of the locker, as long as it is during business hours, the User will have access to the LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO assistance service, which they can reach by calling +34 [672917346] or by email at info@lockerstationtoledo.com.<\/p>\n

    Can the User modify or cancel their reservation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, the User cannot modify or cancel it.<\/p>\n

    If the User wishes to change their reservation after it has been made (changing dates or hiring more or fewer days than initially contracted), they must cancel the reservation and make a new one.<\/p>\n

    ACCEPTANCE AND ACCEPTANCE TEST<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The purchase of products must be made through the website lockerstationtoledo.com, expressing total acceptance of all the present General and Specific Conditions as displayed at that time via the link on the website and on the touchscreen itself. Any new updates to the General Conditions made afterward shall not apply.<\/p>\n

    Upon acceptance, the user acquires the status of Customer of LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO as described in these General and Specific Conditions. Any future product or service offered by LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO will require a new contract.<\/p>\n

    If the Customer wishes to review the General Conditions more closely, they may do so on the website.<\/p>\n

    LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO informs that it archives electronic documents in which purchases are formalized.<\/p>\n

    ACCESS AND BOOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n

    To contract the rental of LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO lockers, the following requirements must be met:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Be at least 16 years old.<\/li>\n
    • Complete the necessary information for booking and payment.<\/li>\n
    • Accept these general conditions of service and locker use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The User must save the code sent to the email and\/or mobile phone provided by the Customer, as it will be essential for accessing the commercial premises, opening the locker, and retrieving luggage.<\/p>\n

      SERVICE TERMINATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The service ends when the User selects the option on the touchscreen to open the locker and leave. In this case, the User must remove all items from the locker and close it.<\/p>\n

      If the User leaves items or belongings in the locker, LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO will not be responsible for what the new locker User may do with items left by the previous User in the locker.<\/p>\n

      USER OBLIGATIONS: LOCKER USE LIMITATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

      By contracting LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO\u2019s locker rental services, the User agrees to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Use the lockers solely for storing personal property temporarily in a secure place.<\/li>\n
      • Use the lockers responsibly and ensure the locker is securely closed when leaving the premises. If the locker is left open with personal belongings inside, LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage.<\/li>\n
      • Not use lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including storing items that are illegal to possess or distribute (e.g., stolen items, drugs, pornographic material, or anything degrading).<\/li>\n
      • Not store items that require a license without such authorization (e.g., weapons).<\/li>\n
      • Not place hazardous or contaminant materials in lockers (e.g., flammable items).<\/li>\n
      • Not store animals or any living or deceased being in the lockers.<\/li>\n
      • Only store food if it is packaged, spill-proof, and odorless within the LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO premises.<\/li>\n
      • Keep their security code private and assume responsibility if they share it. The reservation code is non-transferable and only for the person holding the reservation; it cannot be given to a third party.<\/li>\n
      • Not use lockers to store goods for third-party retrieval, as the lockers are not to be used for item exchanges.<\/li>\n
      • Access the premises solely for locker use and to complete a one-time action regarding inserted items. Extended stays are prohibited.<\/li>\n
      • Not eat or drink inside the premises.<\/li>\n
      • Remove all items from the rented locker upon the rental period’s conclusion.<\/li>\n
      • Return the locker to its original condition at the end of the service, and notify LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO via email of any issues encountered in locker use.<\/li>\n
      • Avoid taking photos or videos inside LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO\u2019s premises, except as necessary to capture the reservation\/security code, and in particular, avoid photographing or recording security mechanisms.<\/li>\n
      • Refrain from storing money, jewelry, technology items (tablets, laptops, etc.), or high-value items. The User bears the responsibility for choosing to store these items.<\/li>\n
      • Pay the locker rental fee with a personal credit\/debit card or an authorized card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        USER LIABILITY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The User shall indemnify LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO for damages arising from non-compliance with obligations in this contract. Non-compliance may lead to the suspension or cancellation of services without notice or compensation.<\/p>\n

        In cases of non-compliance related to rental period, locker misuse, or damages caused to lockers, the following apply:<\/p>\n

        Non-compliance with rental period:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        If the User fails to remove items from lockers within the rental period, the following will apply:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • If items remain beyond 30 calendar days post-rental: LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO reserves the right to relocate items and charge daily rates until they are retrieved.<\/li>\n
        • LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO may retain items until all dues are paid. If the User requests shipment, shipping fees and a \u20ac300+VAT management fee apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          After 31 calendar days without claim, items are considered abandoned, and LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO may dispose of them accordingly.<\/p>\n

          Non-compliance with locker use:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO reserves the right to remove prohibited items and may contact authorities. Removing prohibited items incurs a \u20ac300 fine.<\/p>\n

          User-caused damages to lockers and premises:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The User is liable for locker and premises damage, including daily fees (\u20ac100 per day) while unusable. Replacement costs are set at \u20ac1,000, with a minimum penalty of \u20ac400 for premises damage.<\/p>\n

          PENALTY PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Penalties shall be paid with the same method of payment or via bank transfer if requested. The User consents to penalty charges using the payment method from the original transaction.<\/p>\n

          LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

          LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO commits to keeping lockers functional and available for the contracted period and to resolving any issues promptly.<\/p>\n

          LIMITATION OF LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

          LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO provides locker space rental, not custody services. The User is solely responsible for stored items.<\/p>\n

          LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO provides 24-hour video surveillance and will share footage with authorities if required.<\/p>\n

          INAPPLICABILITY OF THESE TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Users who have not reserved lockers via LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO\u2019s official channels are not subject to these terms.<\/p>\n

          CLAIMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The User may submit complaints to info@lockerstationtoledo.com. If unresolved, the User may file a claim with the Castilla La Mancha Consumer Authorities.<\/p>\n

          GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Any disputes shall be subject to Spanish law and the jurisdiction of courts in Toledo, Spain.<\/p>\n
