Within the limits set forth in this document (see Section “Locker Usage Limits”), a User may place any number of items inside the rented locker(s).

You can check availability by visiting our website at lockerstationtoledo.com and starting a reservation.

The User may rent a locker for a minimum period of one day, extending to as many days as needed.

Each locker rental is accessible during the hours posted at the facility, every day of the week, 365 days a year, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Outside of these hours, lockers are inaccessible as the facility will be closed for security and maintenance.

No. Once the User has placed items in the locker, they may access the locker as many times as needed, but it must always be left closed.

At the end of the rental period, it must be left empty and closed.

When the User wishes to open the locker for any reason, the system will prompt them on the touch screen in the facility, asking if they want to open it and continue the reservation (for instance, to add or remove items) or open it to empty and end the reservation.

To finalize the reservation, the User should select the option to open the locker, empty it, and finalize the reservation. Once the locker is emptied, it must be closed so that another User can reserve it.

If the User chooses to open the locker to empty and end the reservation, the system will automatically unlock it, making it available for other Users to reserve.

If the User has left any items or belongings inside the locker, LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO is not responsible for what the next User does with items left by the previous User.

In the event of a malfunction, lockout, or any other technical issue with the locker, provided it is within business hours, the User can contact LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO’s assistance service by calling +34 [672917346] or emailing info@lockerstationtoledo.com.

Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, the User cannot modify or cancel it.

If the User wishes to change their reservation after it has been made (such as changing dates or adjusting the rental period), they must contact us to cancel the reservation and make a new one.
