While the Privacy Policy is governed in the “Privacy Policy” section of the website www.lockerstationtoledo.com, the following is provided in these Conditions:

In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (the “LOPD”), we inform you that LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO, with NIF [03926843F], will be responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide under this Contract.

The personal data processed will be retained as long as the contractual relationship between LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO and the User is maintained, and subsequently will be kept in a blocked form for the time necessary to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis for carrying out the aforementioned data processing is the execution and management of this contract.

The name and surname, phone number, and email address provided by the User will be passed on to Drop Point Systems S.L.U. to manage the reservation.

If your personal data also needs to be communicated to third-party providers, LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO will sign the corresponding data processing agreement with those providers to ensure that your personal data is processed by such third parties in accordance with the requirements and guarantees of the LOPD.

Additionally, the User is informed that the data subject to processing through video surveillance will be processed for the purpose that motivated its installation, which is linked to ensuring the safety of people, property, and facilities.

The aforementioned recordings will be incorporated into files owned by LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO or authorized third parties for security purposes and for the legally established time and will only be transferred to competent authorities (Judges, Courts, or Security Forces) in case of a requirement or for the defense of the rights of LOCKERS STATION TOLEDO or the Users.

The User may exercise the following rights related to their personal data: Access; Rectification; Deletion; Limitation of processing; Data portability; and Opposition.
